Unable to download files from Box

    To confirm, are you able to preview this file in Box.com (Box webapp)?

    If yes, can you try manually resetting your Box Drive following this article and see if this helps resolve the issue opening your files.

    Hi France 

    The issue is still persisting. I am still unable to download filed from the Box.com and unable to open files in the drive folder. 

    Would it be possible to get onto a call to get my issue resolved.
