Sharing links with collaborators
Hi All,
I created a folder and used the settings:
- "Allow anyone who can access this folder from a shared link to join as a collaborator"
- Allow user to join as viewer
This worked for me and anyone with a link accessed the files in this folder without issue.
I have since created another folder and used the same settings and only some of the links under that folder are accessible. I made sure that each file in the folder is set to "People with this link can view and download"
My testers are telling me only half the links work and others can't access the links at all. Is this a glitch with the platform or is there one global setting change I can make to ensure that all files are accessible via shared links.

I don't believe there was any reported known issue with Shared links last week, do you mind providing a screenshot of what users see when they try to access the links you shared and can't access the items in those links so we can take a look?
In the meantime, could you ask the affected users to try changing their browser and network and see if that makes any difference when accessing your links?

Thank you for getting back to me.
One of the comments received has been "The links up to page 7 worked. Page 8 and beyond do not work." and below is the message they are receiving.

Hi France,
Have you been able to find a reason why the shared links are not working for anyone who has a link?
We are set to share them with clients on Thursday of this week and as it is... we can't push back deployment, but also can't send with broken links. Is there a way to escalate this request?
