    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    I don't believe there was any reported known issue with Shared links last week, do you mind providing a screenshot of what users see when they try to access the links you shared and can't access the items in those links so we can take a look?

    In the meantime, could you ask the affected users to try changing their browser and network and see if that makes any difference when accessing your links?

    We'll wait for your response!

    Thank you for getting back to me.

    One of the comments received has been "The links up to page 7 worked. Page 8 and beyond do not work." and below is the message they are receiving.

    here is a link to the folder whose files are not allowing users with the shared link to view https://app.box.com/s/py5kw9na9f4lmzjkeizqdqllwk0dh3b4 and here is the link to the folder that is not giving us problems - https://app.box.com/s/z393h7xq5rzu30fnyo86fmc1gobw8ovy

    Any assistance you can offer is appreciated

    Hi France,

     

    Have you been able to find a reason why the shared links are not working for anyone who has a link?

    We are set to share them with clients on Thursday of this week and as it is... we can't push back deployment, but also can't send with broken links. Is there a way to escalate this request?
