    Hi Marshall,

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

Do you encounter any sort of error message when you tried to initialize Box Drive, can you share a screenshot so we can take a look?

Also, can you make sure that you are running the latest version of Box Drive?

I'll wait for your response and please let us know if you have questions!

    Regards,

Sorry, should have updated this. Uninstalled Box, rebooted, reinstalled and same problem. Did a manual reset, rebooted, and all well.

    Hi all

I am having the same issue here. I upgraded recently to 11.6.8 and after that Box tells me that "it fails to initialise". I uninstalled Box, rebooted and installed it again, but the problem is still there.

P.S.: The overall quality of Box is getting really poor and my team has been considering to stop using it as it is simply impossible to rely on the tool that stops working after every upgrade.

    Hi again

As a small update, manual reset did not help either, so it just does not work for me. After re-install the Box application launches, asks for the credentials, but after that it always crashes with the same error that it cannot initialise.

    Hi again

As a small update, I tried to upgrade my MacOS to 12.x hoping that it would help, but no, it did not. And since I removed manually the Box folder after uninstalling it, I suspect that either there are some temporary Box files in other locations or there is a weird combination of MacOS and Box settings causing this issue. Quite frustrating software quality...
