Box Sync does not start at all and crash - How to change default location for Box Drive for Windows 10 64-bit
Hi,
I've downloaded the latest version of Box Sync from here:
I've installed the software and opened it as fine.
But when I try to change the folder location the software crash and exists all of the sudden.
I've also tried to leave all default settings as it is and did not change the location of the box sync folder, but even though the software crashed and exited.
One last thing, I've tried to install the Box Drive for windows 10 64-bit latest version and it removes the Box Sync software, so I tried it, but I can not change the default location of the files from
C:\Users\Mohamed\Box
How to change it?

If you wish to configure the location of the Box Drive folder on your computer, you may follow the steps in this article:
I do want to point out that the steps in this article is designed to help user having issues around file-to-file linking via absolute paths as seen in many popular apps such as Excel, Word, InDesign, and so on. Relative file path links should work regardless of the Box Drive folder location. For more on absolute and relative paths, see the Related Links section at the end of this article.
One of the important point to highlight in the article I shared is that customizing the Box Drive folder does not change where Box Drive stores its app data or cached files. With this article, you are only moving the location of the Box Drive mount point. The cache and app data locations remain unchanged, and there is currently no way to change this.

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0So why is the Box Sync not working and not loading?
