Email Address Change (add / replace) Unavailable
I client I haven't worked with in a few years has invited me to a box folder at my new email domain. I still have an active account from a different email. Can I update the email of that other account or do I have to either create a new one or ask the client to re-share to the old? Would like to be able to handle quietly if possible but the options to add a new email and make it a primary aren't available.
