Is it possible to fix my 2FA? Apparently it's tied to an old number that I haven't used in years. Even tho I'm receiving the codes on the number I'm using now. I resolved this issue in the past by using my original browser that I logged into, however I don't have physical access to that device at this time.

Have you login to your Box account and update the phone number associated with your 2FA?
