    Typically, Product support team is able to help with any break/fix issues, however, for general queries about strategies and best practices advise, we highly recommend reaching out to your assigned Customer Success Manager or CSM, as this is very much in their scope of things. 

    If you do not have the contact details of your CSM, you may reach out to your Account Representative to help connect you to your assigned CSM.
