Cannot retrieve document sent via Email
I received email indicating that there is a document waiting in BOX but when I logged on, there is no such document and I am not sure how to find it.
I simply clicked on "accept invitation" and that re-directed me to the Box web and I was able to get in but no such document.
Can someone tell me what to do?

Do you mind providing us a screenshot of what it looks like on your Box when you click the "Accept invite" button? Do you see a specific error message?
I would recommend reaching out to the user who sent you the invitation, you may have been removed and need to be re-added to the item that was shared to you.
