Comments disappearing
Hello the comments we have through files our ipads, do not show up on the desktop app. We can see the comments on the online version of box, but when we download or try to print the comments are also gone. Has anyone else experienced this?

The behavior you are experiencing for comments or annotations on files appearing via Box.com but not Box Drive and not able to print them, is expected as Box Drive does not have a built-in Preview feature like our Web and Mobile Application.
Box annotations essentially are an overlay in Box Preview – that is, they are not added to the actual file contents. If you open the file in its native application, your annotations do not display.
