    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    When you looked into your Box Trash, did you try to sort and filter items within the trash folder?

    Box Trash allows you to filter content by items you own, or by items you’ve deleted.  To do this, directly beneath the folder label (Trash), click the Items I Own (or Items I Deleted) down arrow.  Then click the option you want. See Managing Box Trash for details.

    • The Items I deleted filter displays all items you have deleted, regardless of who created or owns the item.
    • The Items I own filter displays all deleted items you own, regardless of who deleted the item.

    If the files are no longer in your Trash, please check with the owner of the collaborative folder. We are unable to support file recovery for our Free Individual plan users, but if the folder owner is part of a Business or Enterprise Box and needs help in recovering the deleted items in Trash, they may submit a ticket to Product Support, and Box support can check if the files are recoverable.

    Hello Team,

    Mobile App: I had several files in the transfer folder that were not uploaded to box for some reason as they had been setting there for more than a week. My local IT team tried in many different ways to help but still could not get the files uploaded so they decided to reinstall the App. The problem is that after reinstalling we found out that the files were no longer in the transfer folder. Is there any way to recover them? I searched all folders on my phone with no luck.
