    I understand that you need access to a folder to take over all the activities of a former user. To request access to this folder, you would have to reach out to the Admin of your Box and request access.

    I also noticed that your profile here is part of an organization that requires their managed users to contact your internal helpdesk or IT team for issues related to Box.
