I want to set a password for the shared URL.
Which paid plan should I choose?

  As you already know, Password protection is a premium feature available to ALL of Box paid plans The minimum required account type that allows you to use this feature is a "Personal Pro". You may signup to this plan or any of our Business or Enterprise level plans if you wish to use this feature.
