    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    Instead of canceling your account, I would recommend reaching out to Box billing team about converting your account to a Free Personal Box, this should allow you to continue using your Box and access the files/ folders created and shared with it with limited features.

    To contact billing team, you may send them an email at billing@box.com or if you are able to submit a ticket from your account, please go ahead and access this link: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
