Password reset email not sent to my work box email
Hi, my personal box account [personal information--redacted] is working OK. However I can not login to my work box account
[personal information--redacted]. I press the button for reset password but the reset email does not come. I checked with applause IT support but they could not help and advised I need to raise a ticket with Box support.
