    Has your friend already checked his spam/ junk or other email folder for this?

    I checked all of above your mentions. Only one thing left is below item.

    Email on suppression list: If Box notifications ever bounce, emails are automatically added to our suppression list. Open a case with the support team to check the affected email address(es).
    However, when I click 'Open a case...' link, it goes to community portal. I don't find out any form to submit my case. Would you please help me this out? It probably be possible that my friend's email address has been added BOX team's suppression list, for some reason.
