Cannot see collaborators files
Suddenly when I create a new folder and a collaborator uploads a file I cannot see it? I have not had this issue in the past and I don't think any settings have been changed. I have been using the system for several years with no issue until now?

Have you confirmed to the collaborator that they uploaded to the correct folder?
One of the common mistake that new users encounter when using Box is the way they would upload items to folders shared to them. Could you try asking for a screenshot just to make sure?
