    Hi Rob,

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

Upon checking, looks like there is no option to cancel or abort downloads/uploads via Box Drive, this means you would need to wait for your upload to complete. You could cancel the operation by logging out of Box Drive, however please be reminded of the following before doing so:

Logging out completely removes all traces of your Drive usage from your machine and enables you to log in again as a new user. Also, when you log out, your Box Drive session ends and the login screen displays. In addition, logging out of Box Drive deletes all of the downloaded content you had marked for offline availability. This of course clears up hard disk space on your device. It also returns to an online-only state all of the content you have marked for offline availability. You will have to repeat the process of marking folders for offline availability.

To learn more about logging out of Box Drive, please take a look at this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697494-Using-Box-Drive-Basics

If this is something you would like to see in Box Drive, I would highly recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com! Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.

Thanks for reaching out and let us know how else we can help!

    Regards,

This really needs to be solved! I work with 4K - 8K video files, sometimes ranging up to 50 GB a file that I need to transfer through Box. There needs to be a way to cancel downloads or uploads, as well as a way to prioritize which files should upload or download first in the "transfers" panel.

Could not agree more - there needs to be a way to select a folder and clear the download cache inside it including all subfolders. Instructing artists to log in and log out all the time is madness - especially when they have to re-download everything they didn't want to delete in the first place.

There should be a way to cancel uploads/downloads in Box Drive. This has been a big problem with my users who work with huge files,

Not sure about other platforms, but on a Mac, when a download is in progress there is a close/cross button on the corner of the file which cancels the download. I haven't, however, worked out how to cancel or pause an upload.

This needs to be resolved. Even Dropbox desktop app can handle that (by right clicking and saying "online only" and it stops the download to your desktop level)
