Hi, I have taken over a job role from someone else and need access to the documents she kept in box - is there a way I can do this?  I have access to her old email address.  thank you

    If you have access to the email address tied to the Box account of the user you'd need access to then you can request a password reset link to the current email address at https://app.box.com/login/reset.
