LOSS OF ENTIRE BOX FOLDER
With this Box account, i am unable to log in yesterday. I request for forget password, but also can't log in. Then today I create the this Box account using this same e-mail. But when I logged in to BOX, all of my folders with all of their contents have disappeared. Can Support Team help to recover all the contents, as I consider to update to the business plan

I checked your profile on this post and this looks like a newly created Box account and there don't seem to be any files in your Box.
You may have another Box account which might be storing the contents you are looking for. I suggest checking your other email inbox for email correspondence coming from Box.com to see if one of them may have been the correct account.
