Document previews in browser - iWork files - not working in all folders
Hi all - hopefully there's a simple answer to this: we are seeing the document previews in the browser for iWork files (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) work in most folders we have access to, but in a couple of folders the message: "We’re sorry, your account is unable to preview this file type." This message appears for all iWork files in that folder. We have tried a number of browsers also.
This is of course not the case because it works fine in other folders.
Is there a folder setting or something that prevents this? Or some other reason?

If you are part of a Business or Enterprise Box, can you please reach out to your Box Admin to change the setting for 'iWork Previews' to "Added by Default" and see if there will be a change in behavior? They can find this setting under the Apps menu:
- Go to the Admin console > Apps menu
- Scroll down to 'Individual Application Controls'
- Search for "iWork Previews" (make sure there are no filters when searching)
- Click configure and then make sure it is set to "Added by default".
After saving the changes, please have users try previewing iWork files again and see if this resolves the issue.
