Box User
After i updated the box app i was logged out automatically. Then after log in all my previously uploaded files were gone nothing is in the box. There are many important files and photos. How do i get those back?!

    May we know what Box application was. updated? Also, do you own the missing files or folder where those files are located or are these collaborative contents owned by someone else?

    If a collaborative folder that you do not own is missing from your Box account, it is most likely that the owner of the collaborative folder has removed you as a collaborator on the collaborative folder. You will have to contact the folder owner of the collaborative folder to have them re-invite you to that folder again.

    If you own the missing contents, you may have stored them into a different account because we checked your Box and it shows only 1 file in it. Have you tried to check your other inboxes to see if you have signed up using other account?
