Can’t move or copy files on iOS

Unable to move or copy files on iOS. After selecting the files and destination folder, there are NO copy or move BUTTONS.

  You may not have the necessary permission to move or copy files on that folder. The actions you can take on files/ folder that was shared to you is determined by your collaborator permission level. Currently, only those with "Co-owner" or 'Editor' may move files from a collaborative folder.

  This didn’t help at all.
  I’m the account owner, file owner, everything..
  As I said- there are no buttons! It’s a UI issue. The buttons cease to appear.
