Invite Not Working
I'm unable to join a shared file. I've been invited multiple times. None of the invites work. I've cleared my Box folder and run diagnostics. This is infuriating.

Do you encounter a specific error message when trying to access a shared content? Do you mind sharing a screenshot of that here so we can take a closer look?
Also, did you confirm with the person who invited you if they invited the correct email address?
