    Have had enough of Box, outdated all together. There are many equally bad and good cloud solutions available.

    So if they don't stop sending these annoying emails I will close my account and advice my familymembers to do the same (as they are asking me HOW to unsubscribe from the BOX SPAM mails!)

    France is incorrect. You can forward the offending email to privacy@box.com and they say they'll unsubscribe me (we'll see).

    Where is the “delete my account” button once you log into your account? I cannot find it. This is ridiculous and I never ever want to use box again. Just signed up for Dropbox because of Box’s annoying emails and how hard they make it to close an account.
