    OMG PLEASE DELETE MY ACCOUNT TOO! I cannot fund the “permanently delete my account” button that your support page mentions. This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

    i agree, no unsubscribe button in the e-mail is already bad, but even when signed in on box.com, there's no delete account, no opt-out of e-mails.. really bad, will surely avoid using box.com in the future due to this.

    Hi France - I had already visited the link you sent about deleting the account (I did that yesterday), but was not able to see a "permanently delete my account" button. Once you sign in to your account, WHAT TAB IS THIS UNDER? Where (specifically) is this button found? Thank you!

    Hi Alison, 

    You can find the  "permanently delete my account" button if your go to your Account Settings > under the "Account" tab option.
