    I finally have the files and folders, Some that is, it isn't syncing anything after our August 17th paper. When I try to get it to sync I get a pop up of issue:

    Box Drive has encountered a problem that requires you to manually reset Box Drive.

    I have followed the directions and I cannot get it to reset, keeps getting the same box popping up and box icon on top righthand menu, is faded, it's like it isn't working
