Can't download anything from app.box tried 4 different Networks/PC

Can't download anything from box.

Says "your download will begin shortly..."

Error response hanging on 2.realtime.services.box....etcetc From all 4 different computers / networks. Both corporate ISP and home ISP do not work.

Please suggest permanent solution.

    Additionally, PDF preview is NOT working on any shared file. Both adobe and "Box Tools" Do not work preview PDF and stays unresponsive.
