Turn off email notification (from box ) when file upload using email
Hi
I have a requirement to upload files (using email) to a box folder. Tried many ways to stop the email notification from box upon upload of file but failed.
I have been checking many forum articles including the following one. No proper method found so far.
https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360049181994-Turn-off-e-mail-notifications
any suggestions will be very helpful.
** Additionally I tried to upload two files using a single email. it was successful. However box system generated two emails notifying us in each email the delivery success of each file. I thought that I would receive one email and it will mention about both files.
Thx

Hi Peter,
Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
I understand that you would like to disable email notification for uploads via Email. Unfortunately, this type of notification is one of those notifications that cannot be turned off in Box.
- Email Upload Success/Failure notifications
- When using the Email Upload functionality, Box will send the uploading user an email to confirm whether their upload completed successfully or failed.
For details, please take a look at this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043694954-What-Box-Email-Notifications-Cannot-Be-Disabled-
Thanks for reaching out and if you have questions, please let us know.
Regards,
