BOX drive not syncing files on MacOs Monterrey and Big Sur

    Have you tried to check if there are Problem Items in your Box Drive that might be causing your files not to sync up to Box? 

    Please refer to this article on error notifications in Drive to check for any issues with updating content in your Drive folder.If there are no problem items, do you mind sharing a screenshot of what is happening to your contents?

    This is happening to all the Mac computers in our office as well. There is clearly a major problem going on with Box Drive and Macs lately. This is the second time we've had this problem happen to all of the people running on Macs within our office in the past year.
