BOX drive not syncing files on MacOs Monterrey and Big Sur
Files on my Mac are not syncing up to Box. It is happening in both of my computers, my MacBook with Big Sur and an iMac with Monterrey version.
Please help. Need to fix this ASAP.

Have you tried to check if there are Problem Items in your Box Drive that might be causing your files not to sync up to Box?
Please refer to this article on error notifications in Drive to check for any issues with updating content in your Drive folder.If there are no problem items, do you mind sharing a screenshot of what is happening to your contents?
