Extra 10GBs of free storage for new Box Mobile users not received
Hi Support-Team,
last week I received an e-mail stating that if I download the box app before August, 31st I will receive additional 10 GB free storage. I downloaded the app and logged in but didn't receive the additional storage.
Also didn't find any answer on the forum regarding how to solve this issue. Help would be appreciated.
