Unable to Preview Files
I am unable to preview files sent via email. This was not an issue before, but started happening within the last month or so. I tried using a different bowser, resetting cache, etc...as directed on your website, but still no luck.
Please advise how to resolve.

We have previously seen this message happen when a user trying to preview a file in Box webapp (Box.com) and their your network security tools are blocking several Box domains.
Can you try to check this article to make sure that you are fully allowing Box on your network?: Configuring A Firewall For Box Applications
