    Welcome to the Box Community!

    I understand that you need help in changing the Primary email address associated to your Box account, I'm happy to help!

    You would need to link your new email to use as an additional email into your Box and then you'll have the option to make it Primary email of your account. Here's how:

    1. Go to the user's profile (Initials)
    2. Click Account Settings
    2. Under Account tab, scroll down and find the following settings:

    • Click Link Personal Email.
    • Enter your new email address and click the Save button.
    • An email verification will be sent to the new address you entered. Click the verification link sent to your new the email to confirm.
    • Once your new email is linked and verified, you will have the option to "Make it Primary".
    • After making your new email address your primary, you will then be able to remove the old email address.
