Refund
I'd like to refund of my account, it was charged automaticlly.
We don't use it well anymore, so please proceed to cancle the bill charged for this year and this accout.

thank you for the answer, I've e-mailed to the address you gave me, and just read it the link you've shared.
the date for cancellation was already over from 14 days, so I dont't know the way to get a refund for the user over the due date to cancel.
Just let our business ID not activated on the admin page.
is it just waiting for getting a reply from billing@box.com?
