    Have you confirmed the file size limit for your account? You can follow these steps on how to check on this:

    1. Log into Box.
    2. Click your account icon in the upper-right-hand corner.
    3. Select Account Settings from the menu that displays.
    4. Scroll down to the Account details and review your Max file size listed.

    The maximum file size limit for uploads to Box varies depending on your account type:

    • Free personal: 250 MB
    • Starter: 2 GB
    • Business: 5 GB
    • Business Plus: 15 GB
    • Enterprise (and Digital Suites ): 50 GB
    • Enterprise Plus: 150 GB

    If you are trying to upload a file with size larger than 50 GB, you may need to upgrade your plan to an Enterprise Plus plan. You can talk to your Accounts team to further discuss this option or view package options and live chat sales (available during US business hours) at this page: https://www.box.com/pricing/
