Unsynchronized file
Hi, I created a folder with a lot of files in the Box in my desktop and I can't find it on the Box website, and none of my collaborators can see it. Why is that ? How can I solve this ? The whole point of the Box is to be able to share files.

To confirm, are you still seeing the affected Folder in the Box Drive location on your desktop?
Can you check if there are problem items for Box Drive in your system tray/ menu bar? Here is an article on how to check for possible problem items: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697614-Miscellaneous-Box-Drive-Error-Notifications
Please check if the folder name has special character that could prevent it from syncing to Box cloud and remove it, some operating systems do not support item names containing some special characters as mentioned on the above article I shared.
