    To confirm, are you still seeing the affected Folder in the Box Drive location on your desktop?

    Can you check if there are problem items for Box Drive in your system tray/ menu bar? Here is an article on how to check for possible problem items: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697614-Miscellaneous-Box-Drive-Error-Notifications

    Please check if the folder name has special character that could prevent it from syncing to Box cloud and remove it, some operating systems do not support item names containing some special characters as mentioned on the above article I shared.

    Hi, 

    I can see BOX in my desktop but not in my menu bar. It used to be there now I can't see it and I don't understand why. How can I have the BOX back in my menu bar please ?
