Cancelling my account. There is NO delete button in the Admin section

I have been an account holder here for sometime. I'm not happy with the fact that there is no delete button to cancel my account easily in my account setting. And there is no phone number for real time help. The links keep a person going in circles.

All I want is to cancel my account.

My billing is paid up to date.

Thank you.
