Practice Panther intergration
Just tried to upload files from practice panther and I got a message that said I need to re-sync. Totally lost. Can anyone help?

Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.
In this case, I can suggest a clean uninstall/reinstall of Box Sync, after which you can attempt a clean association with Practice Panther once more. Unfortunately, this will require you to sync all your content back down to your desktop.
Practice Panther is a third party app. We don't have much visibility into their application so I would recommend reaching out to their support: https://support.practicepanther.com/
