    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    The red exclamation mark you see indicates the folder or contents within the folder has some problem items, that needs to be resolved in order to access the folder.

    Please refer to this article on error notifications in Drive to check for any issues with updating content in your Box Drive folder.

    how can I remove the unsynced files from my machine if not able access, all the files are in cloud without save in my computer. please advise.
