"Updates" Function
With the ending of the "Updates" feed, is there an alternative to see who was in file and recent updates by others. This is an important feature that I rely on to verify payments made. Please advise.

Box has made the decision to end of life (EOL) the Updates feature on August 31, 2022. Updates shows the changes made to all the content a user has access to or is collaborated on. We conducted thoughtful analysis of Updates usage, and the low adoption signaled that we should redirect Updates maintenance effort to delivering higher value features to our customers.
As an alternative to Updates, users can use Recents to access contents they recently interacted with. Additionally, User Events API provides the same dataset as Updates.

Hey, the only feature that made me use box was the update option. The possibility to check who accessed or downloaded which exact file is very important for my work, but now it’s gone and the RECENT feature doesn’t show me anything beside the files that I have personally accessed… Box kinda lost its use since the update feature was taken off, please I would like to know if there is any other way I can check which files are being previewed and downloaded by the people I grant access to, it is very frustrating since Box was the only online storage to feature this unique option, which made it stand out, I cannot for the life of me understand why it was so important to take away such a unique essential feature and reduce our options…
