Cant create primary key

    For anyone who comes across this problem, 
    I initially used 2fa via app, and it worked fine until i had to generate a primary key.

    When i clicked generate primary key, the app told me to confirm via 2fa however it could not find my 2fa info, If i checked my account i got the message stated above.

    The solution:
    sign out and back in again. the 2fa info should be there but you need to change it to text message.

    once its changed to text message i cliked generate primary key, and confirmed via text message my identity and all worked fine
