'Share' Features Not Working
We have been using the 'Share' feature on Box.net to send the files directly to our clients as Viewers, however our customers are saying they are not receiving these links. I tested this by Sharing a file to myself the same way I would send to a client, and I am not receiving anything either.
Can you please advise if there is an issue with our account or if there is another way we can share folders with the customers? We are unable to download the documents and send it directly, as the files are sometimes too big.

I understand that your clients are not receiving email notification on contents that you've shared to them. To confirm, have they already checked their spam/ junk or other email folders? Sometimes Box emails can be routed to other email folders.
If they have but still couldn't find the emails of the files you shared thru Box, please have them check their firewall or email provider that might be blocking emails from Box.
