Files not uploading from Mac Finder to Box .com

Not all files are uploading to box.com when using desktop app on mac. File name and type appears but files size is 0B.

  Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

  Can you try uploading the files in Box using the Box Webapp upload button and let us know how it goes?

  Also, are you using Box Sync or Box Drive on your Mac? May we know what version do you have installed and what macOS are you on?

  Hi France, 

  The files do upload via Box Webapp. 
  I am using box drive version 2.27.240 on macOS Monterey.
