Client unable to login
who has a BOX tech support email/phone? I shared access but is giving the issue: "is blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator. Please contact your administrator to assign access to this application" "AADSTS50105: Your administrator has configured the application ....."

We have seen this error message in the past if an organization is SSO Enabled and Required and the user hasn't been granted access to the application in Azure AD. The affected user will need to reach out to the primary administrator of their Box organization to request access to Box to resolve this.
