    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    We have seen this error message in the past if an organization is SSO Enabled and Required and the user hasn't been granted access to the application in Azure AD. The affected user will need to reach out to the primary administrator of their Box organization to request access to Box to resolve this.

    This is likely caused by your Client's company Box settings, so please have your client reach out to their Box Admin or IT department.
