Box encountered an issue
I had some issues with Box not syncing my files, so I tried updating the application and restarting my computer.
With that not working, I had to uninstall the app then re-install, but now I'm getting a message saying "Box encountered an issue"
Can someone please help with this issue?

Can you try to manually reset your Box Drive to see if it changes the behavior? Please refer to the "Manually Resetting Box Drive" section in the following article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697494-Using-Box-Drive-Basics
If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to your IT helpdesk as it looks like you are part of an organization that requires their managed users to reach out internally for issues related to Box.
