Box Sync unable to access files/folders
I'm still able to access BOX using WEB but I do need access to the folders to pull the reports using Alteryx. Last time I was able to access the folders was 2 weeks ago.
IT Helpdesk is trying his best to assist. I've seen him uninstall and reinstall BOX to my laptop but the issue isn't resolved. I've also rebooted multiple times but to no avail. Please assist.

It looks like you are part of an organization that requires their managed users to contact your internal helpdesk or designated contact for issues related to Box.
Furthermore, since you mentioned you are using a third-party application to access your Box contents, Alteryx and encountered issues, we have limited knowledge on how the integration works. That said, we highly recommend to have your IT specialist reach out to Alteryx for support on this issue.
