    We have replied to our support email 5 days ago and have not heard back from them! The one downside to this program is your customer service - I do not have time to keep chasing the support people and I would actually to actually SPEAK to a human, texting and emailing is a waste of my time.

    I ended up figuring out myself! It was a MAC issue. Go to Finder then Settings/Preferences and Advanced and choose 'show all filename extensions'
