Can't open files after changing password
After I changed my password I am able to get to the files and when I try to open the PDF it says, " We’re sorry the preview didn’t load. This document may be protected.”
I had another sent and I believe it's the network at my job is blocking it somehow. When I first created an account Box was a blocked site. I have a ticket in with them as well.

This error can indeed happen if your network is blocking access to Box.
You will need to reach out to your IT team and to make sure that they configure your firewall or proxy to allow Box access, following the steps in this article: Configuring a Firewall for Box Applications
