    Hi, just to mention, I could share my folder with anyone else with eMail addresses other than @t-online.de

    Can you please have the affected user follow the tips and troubleshooting guidelines in this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696174-Troubleshooting-Issues-with-Email-Notifications

    If majority of their users are not receiving email notifications from Box, its possible that their organization's Firewall or Email security policy might be blocking these notifications. They would need to contact their Corporate IT department and ask that emails from the following domains added to the email allowlist (safe sender) to ensure that Box messages are not blocked.

      • notify.box.com
      • notify-e.box.com
      • notify-w.box.com
      • reply.box.com
      • track.box.com
      • track.notify-e.box.com
      • track.notify-w.box.com

    Hi France, 

    thank you for your response. 
    But this didn't help. I tested with my own t-online eMail and it didn't work either. I had added noreply@box.com to my address book.

    One info additionally - this is a private free account. 

    Any other idea?
