I need to remove my credit card and cancel my account
I don't see how to create a support ticket to start the cancellation process.

You may email the cancellations team at cancel@box.com or follow the steps provided in this article: Canceling Your Box Account
If you need to remove the payment information for your Box, you may email our billing team at billing@box.com or submit a ticket here while logged in to your paid Box account. You are not seeing the option to submit a ticket due to the profile you are using for this post is a Personal Lite account.
