Change account email to one of an account that was on trial period
I'm not able to change my account email to my work email because it was previously used for the 30 day trial.

If you need to use an email previously used for a trial account, please go to Support.box.com > click "Support" > then 'Contact Support'. You will then see a line that says "If you are unable to sign in, click here.". Complete the form and include the information of the trial account you need help with and someone from our team will reach out to help look into it
